Brand Marketing Coordinator

Reporting
to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the
following functions:
·
Management of Brand Marketing plans
·
Aligning Brand communication content in areas of responsibility
with the Company’s Brand positioning strategy
·
Prepare marketing briefs for the development of programs that
build brand equity
·
Ensure integration of all marketing mix elements
·
Coordinate the Creative and Media Agencies to develop effective
marketing materials, from creation to completion and manage their overall
performance
·
Supervise the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns
·
Ensure the Company delivers against the brand essence and
promise at each point of contact with stakeholders
·
Provide design for Web, product packaging and other visual
communications media for the Company
·
Develop and enrich customer service experience
·
Assist in the development and refinement of uniform graphic
standards and visual brand strategies
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must
have the following minimum requirements:
·
KCSE B+ and above
·
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related field
·
Five years relevant experience in Marketing
·
Creative with excellent communication and analytical skills.
·
Possession of CIM Diploma and experience in Brand Marketing and
FMCG Brand management will be added advantage
Production
Supervisor

Reporting
to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the
following
functions:

Preparing and meeting production schedules effectively and
efficiently
·
Resourcing and leading production teams
·
Manufacturing cost control
·
Meet quality targets through adherence to established methods
and work standards
·
Preparation and maintenance of production score cards
·
Initiate and support continuous improvement programs
·
Workplace organization, health, safety and environmental
standards
·
Performance and management reports
·
Shop flow labour relations management.
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must
have the following minimum requirements:
·
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production or Automotive)
·
At least five (5) years working experience in manufacturing
environment
·
Good communication, planning and organization skills and be
results oriented.
