Reports to: Key Accounts Manager.
Chains: Uchumi, Naivas,Nakumatt and Tuskys.
She/he will
identify, grab and sustain opportunities by understanding the client’s needs
and provide solutions. She/he will evaluate and adapt new strategies to keep up
with the current business and Market trends.
The person
will work with the appointed distributor for deliveries and direct sales while
providing periodical sales reports to the key accounts manager.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure proper relationships and create good commercial rapport with the existing and newly created customers.
- Organize Meetings with Customers hence developing good customer relationships in the process.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential clients (Comprising of; Name, Position, location and Cell Phone number)
- Submit a weekly report in terms of achievements, issues and key priorities
- Drive and manage the execution of the Picture of success in terms of, placement and visibility.
- Provide substantial information relating to products and general customer feedback.
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing products, as well as report competitor activities and systems
- Identify opportunities for growth and inform the management accordingly.
- Ensure the periodical set targets are regularly met (monthly and annual targets).
- Manage payments on behalf of the company as per the laid down payment policies.
- Ensure proper merchandising of our products according to the company mannual,listing of new products and and 100% availability of all SKUS.
Qualifications, Experience &
Skills
Education and Training Requirements:
- At least a diploma in marketing with at least 5 years work experience in FMCG.
- Experience in key accounts is an added advantage in this post.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and ability to use databases for recording and reporting.
Working Hours: The person will be required to work
between 8.am and 5.pm from Monday to Friday and 8.am to 1.pm on Saturday.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
The person
must, have strong marketing skills and have a good technical background with
regard to previous and current market trends.
Must also
be target-oriented, a team player and ambitious; a good problem-solver and team
leader; computer literate; an effective communicator; well organized and
capable of drawing relevant insights to meet the client’s expectations, and
possess a wide personal network to help in finding and sustaining new
customers.
