Title: Business
Account Managers
Reporting To: General Manager
Overall Job Purpose: The position is meant to build the
business client portfolio through the acquisition, and management of both new
and existing clients to ensure retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Business, acquisition and development.
- Identify and create a pipeline of targeted accounts per sector
- Develop sales plans for the unit.
- Meet the set targets on new client acquisition
- Conduct and consult on research trends in the industry.
- Identify scope of covers to respond to clients needs
- Product review and development
- Manage relationship with partners i.e. Insurers and Service providers.
- Observe implementation of SLAs with partners
- Support clients’ experience in line with the SLAs
- Underwriting and claims management of client accounts.
- Observe timely submission of claims to service providers
- Ensure timely settlement of client claims
- Design and implement an effective service delivery model.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in any relevant field
- Professional experience of not less than 1 year
