Our client
is an up and coming organization that is seeking a Personal Assistant to the
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and handling or forwarding them
- Support and supervising the office team
- Ensuring all tasks assigned are completed well in a timely manner
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, and correspondence on behalf of the manager as advised
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance in the operations of the organization
- Taking dictation and minutes for meeting
- Carrying out administrative duties for the office including payments, helping arrange for meetings and tracking ongoing work/projects
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned for smooth operations of the organization
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration.
- 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- Good organization skills
- Must be able to carry out tasks in a timely professional manner
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Must be goal oriented
