- Bachelor’s

equivalent professional qualification

5 years’ experience in B2B marketing

The Legal & Corporate Affairs &Manager will be
responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department,
provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of the
business’s legal and contractual risks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review
& advice on ongoing cases
- Liaise
with the regulators, local & international authorities on legal &
statutory compliance
- Prepare
monthly and quarterly reports for the department for executive management
meetings
- Liaise
with the stakeholders in coordinating the company’s corporate social
responsibility (CSR) initiatives
