Finance Manager
Finance Manager
The
role requires the overall supervision of all the finance aspects of the office
including managing the accounting and administration function.
The
key responsibilities for the position include:
- Oversee the
accounting function including maintenance of the books of account,
preparing management accounts, overseeing the annual financial audit,
maintaining the tax records, procurement and insurance.
- Overseeing the
annual financial audit
- Maintaining the
tax records of the company
- Preparing
budgets.
- Payroll
management
- Procurement
- Insurance
- Overseeing
office administration duties
- Managing debtors
- Overseeing the
BPO function where the firm provides accounting services to clients.
Qualifications
- CPA (K), CA,
ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
- Two years
experience in a similar position.
- Ability to use
accounting packages (preferably QuickBooks)
- Previous
experience in partnership accounting
