TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is an organisation funded by a
range of development agencies to promote regional trade and economic
integration in East Africa.
TMEA works closely with the East African Community (EAC),
national governments, business and civil society organisations.

self-driven experienced professional to join our team in the position ofResults
Programme Manager.

S/he will manage a small team and assist TMEA and partners to
monitor and evaluate projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical and
people competencies, strong conceptual and analytical skills along with the
ability to communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
Experience will include developing clear outcomes, indicators and measurement plans, and designing and using evaluation tools such as questionnaires, interview guides and assessment rubrics and developing the capacity of others to do the same.
Working as a change agent, the candidate will identify and implement
innovative solutions to improve development effectiveness.
The individual will have at least six years’ experience in
managing monitoring and evaluation systems and teams on large development
programmes and sound knowledge of different monitoring and evaluation
approaches and methods.
A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as
evaluation, social science, or economics, preferably with a strong research
component and/or specific training in monitoring, evaluation, research methods
and data analysis is required.
This post is a fixed term contract ending 31 December 2014 and will be based in Nairobi, Kenya with occasional travel within East Africa.
