If you were careful to look at today’s papers, you will have noticed a very good article on generation Y’s career behaviors. In the job market of today, people are no longer asking if they will change jobs, but when. In our current economy, a generation Y employee averagely stays in his or her job for three years. Frequent job changes have become the norm rather than the exception.


If you are planning on changing your career any time soon, I will advice on two deadlines – change before the end of this year up to mid next year or wait until the year after.
