Community Health Support Officer
The position:
The post holder will work with the technical team in Mandera to support the Gedo Health Programme at the community level.
S/he will be responsible for the training and support of the community health workers, the Village Health Committees and support the implementation and reporting of the community level malaria management.
S/he will report to the Primary Health Coordinator and work in collaboration with the other team members.
Competencies:
- Must have a medical qualification with community health.
- A minimum of 3 years experience with NGOs is required, preferably in the field of community health.
- S/he must be a Somali speaker.
- Good computer, analytical and report writing skills needed.
