Sales Administrator Job in Kenya - Resolution Health East Africa

Resolution Health has over 250 medical service providers all across East Africa, a strong network of hospitals, clinics and doctors.

The sales department has an in-house sales team of 105 business consultants with branches in Kisumu and Mombasa as well as franchise businesses in Nakuru, Malindi and Nairobi.

The Sales Administrator plays a central role to support the entire sales team. This position is primarily responsible for complete administration of sales processes.

The position reports to the Sales Manager whilst assisting other managers in the department follow company procedures within the specified timelines.

Key Outputs

  • Receive, verify, reconcile and transmit daily production figures;
  • Vetting of all business from franchise offices and ensure they meet membership requirements;
  • Generate accurate and timely production and sales projection and sales production reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis;
  • Attend sales and marketing weekly meetings in the position of secretary;
  • First point of contact on all sales related issues;
  • Manage Sales Manager’s calendar and appointments and other administrative tasks;
  • Maintain a good filing system and retrieve information as and when required;
  • Register and update sales staff and external intermediaries records in the MIS;
  • Orientation of all new sales Agents on basic information;
  • Act as a liaison between Sales department staff and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Coordinating the preparation of tender documentation requirements and update central tender register;
  • University graduate in a business field
  • Proficient in MS Office suite applications with excellent skills in MS Excel
  • At least 2 years work experience in a related position in a service company
  • Superior experience in Ms Excel - a must
