Senior Project Sales Executive Job Vacancy

Our client is one of the leading bath fitting manufacturing companies with operations in many parts of the world.  The sales position is Nairobi based with frequent travelling.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing business in Kenya.
  • Responsible for developing business within the construction segment.
  • Responsible for undertaking client servicing activities such as Architects meetings, Plumbers meetings and participation in Trade Fairs etc.
  • Managing a network of Channel Partners for deeper market penetration and reach.
  • Responsible to gather market intelligence and competitors activities.
  • Providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies.

  • Should have well established contacts and references among Real Estate Developers, Building Architects and Building Merchants.
Competences
  • Should be assertive as well as pleasant.
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Should have experience in Project Selling.
  • Should have sound judgment and decision making skills.
  • Should have good computer knowledge.
  • Should be proactive and an excellent planner.
  • Should be able to think out of the box.
  • Should be fluent in English.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate, MBA holders will have an added advantage.
  • 3 – 5 years experience in selling Sanitary Ware Trade primarily into construction industry.
