Kirinyaga District Farmers Sacco is a large rural Sacco with seven branches across the Kirinyaga County.
In order to attain our vision and mission, we are desirous of recruiting suitable persons into the following vacancies to drive the internal changes necessary to attain our vision and mission.
Branch Managers
Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, the person will be required to perform the following key tasks:
Key Tasks
· Coordinating day to day operations of the branch.
· Driving business growth of the branch to meet key targets.
· Provide leadership, direction, supervision and pace to the branch staff.
· Manage and control branch expenditure within agreed budgets.
Qualifications
· Degree in co-operative management/banking /business administration or in a business related field.
· CPA. /ACCA.
· Minimum two (2) years experience in a management level preferably in a SACCO or banking environment.
· Knowledge of Sacco societies Act, Co-operative Societies Act, Accounting and credit management.
· Excellent data analysis, management and reporting skills.
· He or she should be conversant with spreadsheets and word processing packages
· Not more than 35 years of age.
Marketing Manager
Reporting to the General Manager the person will be required to perform the following key tasks:
Key Task
· Responsible for promotion of Sacco products and services.
· Product and market development,
· Market research to increase market share.
Qualifications
· B.Com- Marketing or any related degree
· Diploma in marketing (CIM/MSK)
· 4 Years Marketing experience preferably in a financial institution at a senior level
· Knowledge In consumer behaviour and trends, market survey/research.
· Knowledge of the Sacco’s market
· Computer literate, excellent verbal arid written communications skills, statistical analysis, reporting skills
