- Diploma or degree in Quantity surveying/ Technical Education/Construction Management/ Building Economics or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 yrs experience in a QS position in a busy environment.
- Registration with professional bodies is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Aged between 25 and 35yrs
- Proven track record of timely delivery of
tenders & BQ's - Having worked with a construction firm is an added advantage
- Well versed with filling in BQ's for building, water and civil works.

- B Com marketing or equivalent degree
- Diploma in Marketing (MSK) or equivalent
- Membership to a relevant marketing body will be an added advantage
- Minimum postgrad experience
- At least 2 years in management/team leader
- Experience in marketing to corporate clientele & must have closed large contracts
- Proven track record of leading a company to attain and surpass its targets
- Experience in construction/real estate/telecommunication industries an added advantage
- Able to spear head strategic & effective marketing of the company services to targeted clients
