Duties and Responsibilities
· Uses proper telephone etiquette.
· Making registration for new students
· Makes sure that all files and documents are up to date and accurate.
· Knows how to use reception Desk Equipment.
· Posts, updates students files
· Uses proper mail, package and message handling procedures.
· Is aware of daily activities taking place
· Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the filling system
· Must have personal hygiene.
Prerequisites
Experience and Education: -
· Previous experience of like 2yrs in the reception area is required.
· Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the work place by students and fellow work mates.
· Certificate or a diploma in front office management.
Age: 24 to 26yrsSalary is Ksh 15,000Office
Assistant
Reporting to the office manager the preferred candidate should be a male and will be assisting in administration, Human resource and office as a whole.PrerequisitesExperience and Education: -
· Experience of like 2yrs is required in a similar position.
· Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the work place by students and fellow work mates.
· A degree in Management.
· Must have good Public Relations.
· Age 25yrs to 29yrs
Salary is Ksh 25,000
