Primary Responsibilities:


  • Receive Inventory delivered to the warehouse observing Quality and Quantity as guided by SOP.
  • Assign appropriate sections within the warehouse for the physical placement of Inventory and update the System accordingly.
  • Prepare inter branch Inventory orders to ensure proper stock holding.
  • Monitor stock levels and report on parts that are running low in the warehouse during routine duties.
  • Reconcile Inventory against transactions and compare physical quantities with book quantities, initiating necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure the warehouse is well-arranged to optimize efficiency.
  • Make necessary requests to management for support in warehouse operations when required.
  • Maintain security of inventory and other asset within the warehouse.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness is maintained in the warehouse.
  • Analyze stock holding to inform management of appropriate actions regarding stocks.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports on Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Mechanical or related.
  • 2 years of experiences in Auto Parts Sales, warehouse, inventory control with 2 years in a similar capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Auto Parts.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
