Job Vacancies: Business Analysts
Location: Marsabit, Samburu, Isiolo & Turkana
Our client has a track record
of working with donor agencies & NGOs to offer professional business
development services for their SMEs in Semi Arid regions of Kenya.
They are looking for a Business
Analyst who will be responsible for on-ground coaching and business support
services to enterprises.
They will work closely with the
beneficiary businesses to drive marketing, production and sourcing of the key
inputs to their businesses whilst developing their internal structures.
Additionally, they will be
responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing data to inform innovation
projects aligned to corporate strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Coach in implementation, identifying
strategic markets & strategic sourcing relationships of beneficiary
businesses.
- Create business requirement documents for potential
innovation and conduct market research to evaluate their commercial value.
- Provide input for business readiness plans, communication,
and training for projects.
- Conduct market research on projects on their viability and
commercial value to the business.
- Define project scope and develop process maps in
collaboration with stakeholders.
- Partner with IT to ensure system alignment for project
support
- Implementation of business support services such as
financial, business modeling etc.
Required Specifications
- Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or a business-related
field
- Professional qualification in sales and marketing
- 2 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Resident in or willing to move to Marsabit, Samburu, Isiolo
or Turkana
- Knowledge of local languages a great advantage
