Our
client one of the leading FMCG companies in Kenya seeks to hire a Machine
Operator to operate and maintain the continuous flow milk processing machinery
to ensure high-quality dairy products as per the specified methods and the
standard operating procedures.
To
ensure all factory milk processing and cooling equipment are in good running
condition and at capacity, and are properly maintained
Key
Responsibilities
· Operate
milk processing equipment and any other machinery as may be required.
· Maintaining
and repairing equipment in the factory.
· Trouble
shooting mechanical issues.
· Generate
data analysis to assess the performance of the machinery.
· Documenting machine safety and maintenance.
· Monitor
machines during every processing to ensure optimum running and quality
production
· Maintain
high hygiene standards and ensure all machines are cleaned before and after
each production/shift.

· Diploma
in Mechanical Engineering.
