Kentegra Biotechnology Ltd located at the EPZ Athi River is looking for a Stores Clerk.
The key
tasks for this role include:-
· Receiving
and issuing of inventory both physically and in the ERP (Enterprise Resource
Planning) system.
· Plan
and lead both scheduled and random stock take exercise.
· Implement
and maintain 6S/6K, housekeeping at the warehouse and shop floor.
· Prepare
Inventory reports and analysis.
· Analyze
stock movement reports and variances, investigate discrepancies in stocks,
initiate
root cause analysis and recommend corrective action.
· Monitor
stock levels at all locations, trends, consumption, and production forecast.
· Place
inventory requisition at re-order level.
· Ensure that FIFO and the 10 golden rules of storage are followed.
Qualifications
and work experience required for this role:-
· Minimum
of a relevant Degree from a reputable institution.
· High
Proficiency in the use of MS Office and experience in using an ERP system.
· At
least 2 (two) years’ experience in handling stores in a manufacturing
environment.
· Good
customer care skills.
· Proven
ability to multi-task and plan for work.
· Good
organizational skills.
· Good
analytical skills.
· Great
attention to detail.
· Able to
work on shift basis.
