Job Title: Field Sales Representatives

Our client is a new startup working in the electric mobility
space.
They offer a range of electric vehicle solutions which are
designed to offer sustainable transport solutions to East-Africa.
They are offering the opportunity to join the team as a Field Sales
Rep, to be sourcing new sales opportunities on behalf of the company.
You will be playing a vital role in increasing the company’s
revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects,
generating leads and pushing the sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote/sell/secure
orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based
approach.
· Building pipeline of
customers and generating leads
· Hitting monthly sales
targets
· Managing junior sales
representative team
· Establish, develop and
maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective
customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for
the company
· Make telephone calls and
in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
· Research sources for
developing prospective customers and for information to determine their
potential.
· Expedite the resolution
of customer problems and complaints.
· Coordinate sales efforts
with marketing, sales management, accounting logistics, and technical service
groups.
· Identify and contact
potential clients through calls, emails, and site visits
· Build pipeline for the
products
· Manage client
relationships and accounts
· Participate in events,
activations, and pilot days
· Generate reports
· Maintaining post-sales
relationships
Key Qualifications
· Business related degree
or equivalent professional qualification
· 3 years’ sales
experience, preferably in the Automotive industry
· Riding license will be
an added advantage (motorbike)
· Experience handling and
managing clients’ relationships and accounts
· Strong computer and
Microsoft Excel skills
· Strong negotiation,
organisational and prioritisation skills
· Proactive work ethic
