Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the officer at this
level is responsible for monitoring and evaluating initiatives, programs, and

Responsibilities

Formulating and coordinating the Fund’s
monitoring and evaluation strategies, policies, systems, programmes, framework
and tools;
·
Coordinating the preparation of the
Fund’s Monitoring and Evaluation Plans, guidelines and development of Project
Implementation & Post completion Indicators and Monitoring & Evaluation
reports for Management;
·
Overseeing implementation of M&E
tools and systems to improve ability to collect, interpret and aggregate data
that demonstrate impact and program accountability and progress;

Develop high quality quantitative and
qualitative methods and participatory methodologies to monitor program quality
for performance and results;
·
Lead all M&E initiatives
including monitoring data quality, tracking the progress of activities, and
informing staff capacity building initiatives;
·
Developing and reviewing monitoring
and evaluation procedures and impact indicators for the project success;
·
Coordinating the preparation and
evaluation of Fund’s Strategic Plans, Performance Contracts and Vetting;
·
Coordinating post project implementation
appraisals of completed projects and preparing management reports thereof;
·
Monitoring all project activities,
expenditures and progress towards achieving the project objectives;
·
Coordinating and preparing of
monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress reports to management and
relevant stakeholders;
·
Coordinating the monitoring and
evaluation of the sustainability of the project’s results and preparing reports
on the findings and lessons learned from various initiatives;
·
Any other lawful duty that may be

Requirements
·
Served in comparing position for at
least nine (9) years with at least four (4) being in a managerial position
·
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in
Economics/Statistics/business related field from a recognized University
·
Master’s degree in

An officer at this level will be responsible administratively to
the Chief Executive Officer and functionally to the Board through the Audit and

effective risk management approach within the Fund.
Responsibilities
·
Formulating policies for effective
risk management strategies and framework for the Fund;
·
Coordinating and overseeing all risk
management activities and assessing compliance with internal policies, relevant
contracts and all legal and regulatory requirements;
·
Coordinate preparation, approval by
the Board and implementation of annual audit plans and appropriate audit
programs;
·
Ensure sound development and
implementation of audit management systems;
·
Ensure proper preparation of audit
reports, presentation of the same to the Audit & Risk Committee on
quarterly basis and implementation of audit recommendations;
·
Responsible for coordination of Audit
& Risk department’s activities, including staff training and development;
·
Liaising with external auditors and
ensure implementation of their recommendations;

Updating the Board Internal Audit
& Risk Committee Charter as well as the internal Audit Charter;
·
Review the Fund’s compliance with the
relevant statutes, policies, rules, regulations, administrative government
circulars and guidelines;

Review the adequacy of internal
policies, procedures and processes to ensure necessary and sufficient internal controls
are in place;
·
Carry out special assignments
including investigations and recommend controls to mitigate risks;

Requirements
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-

Served in Audit function for at least
9 years with at least four (4) being in a managerial position;
·
Master’s degree majoring in Finance,
Accounting or Strategic Management or its equivalent from a recognized
institution;
·
Valid membership from ICPAK,
Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or Information Systems & Control
Association (ICASA) in good standing;
·

leading and supervising the credit operations activities for the assigned

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee Implementation of
regional work plans and budgets in line with approved Fund strategy for the

Responsibilities
·
Analyzing/Appraising loan application
forms received from constituencies to ensure compliance to the lending criteria
before recommending loan applications to the Head Office Loans Committee;
·
Assisting in coordinating all aspects
of the lending cycle under the existing lending channels for the respective
constituencies;
·
Compiling of monthly and quarterly
regional credit reports such as loan uptake and repayment status while ensuring
timely reconciliations are done;
·
Monitoring and following up of loan
repayments and enlisting of key stakeholders support to ensure timely recovery
of loans;
·
Assist Manage the Operation of the
Regional Office including securing the physical facilities as well overseeing
logistics, office petty cash, and supplies in liaison with HQ;
·
Assist in initiating and coordinating
awareness creation and publicity campaigns including sensitizing women on the
Funds products and services;
·
Ensure the completeness and accuracy
of customer files in regard to limits, insurance covers, commitment letters,
valuations and other security documents where required are in place;
·
Handle customer complaints and take
appropriate action to resolve them;
Requirements

For appointment to this grade, an
officer must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in a business
related course from a recognized university

Served satisfactorily in a comparable
position in a recognized institution for at least three (3) years

Demonstrated competence in credit
control work

Clerical Officer
Women Enterprise Fund (WEF) is a Semi-Autonomous Government
Agency established via Government Financial Management Act in 2007, through

affordable credit to support Kenyan women start and/or expand businesses for
