Manage daily dispatches, debrief and POD management process
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
·
Implement and review SOPs impacting
on the Domestic Distribution
·
Maintain dispatch and POD records
Operations Management
·
Dispatch products from the warehouse
through SOLOPLAN
·
Receive POD, debrief and scan into
SOLOPLAN
·
Maintain the dispatch areas and
associated equipment
Reporting
·
Report to Imperial Senior Management,
Clients and PPB on problems such as Product quality complaints or
non-conforming products, stolen goods / hijacks and counterfeit stock.
·
Reply on Audit reports from IMS
QA/Clients/PPB
·
Communicate with Clients on various
matters that pertain to their business – assist with query investigation
·
Generate dispatch activity reports
Health, Safety and Security
·
Implement dispatch security protocols
·
Implement health and safety
regulations in the dispatch area
Maintenance of Environmental Management System
·
Participate in the implementation of
departmental and site EMS objectives
Qualifications
·
Logistics training
·
Form Four certification
Skills and experience required

Experience in quality management in
warehouse and distribution setting
·
Analytical skills, attention to
detail

Ability to work in a team environment

Computer literate
