Management Accountant (1 Position)
Reporting to the Chief Finance
Officer, this position will be responsible for Implementing financial
management strategies, systems and controls for cost efficiency and
profitability.
The position will lead in preparation,
implementation, forecasting and control of the organization budget, as well as
implementation and coordination of cost management initiatives, while
overseeing the efficient management of hospital working capital.
The key deliverables for this position
include accurate and timely financial projections, management reporting and
cost management.
Applicants must be in possession of a
relevant Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification at diploma level
(CPA finalist or its equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a
similar position in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Strong analytical skills are
mandatory, with professional qualifications such as CIMA being a distinct
advantage.
Cost Accountant (1 Position)
Reporting to the Management
Accountant, this position will be responsible for developing services and
packages cost standards and advice on best cost options, evaluating specific
service costs and preparing cost-benefit analysis for business projects while
scrutinizing associated expenses and analyzing margins.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification at diploma level (CPA
finalist or its equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar
position in a fast paced and demanding environment. Strong analytical skills
will be an asset.
Receivables Accountant (1 Position)
Reporting to the Credit Controller,
this position will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate allocation
of payments and reconciliation of creditor accounts to support timely
collection of revenues.
In addition, this position will
undertake accurate debtors’ analysis and reporting to support prompt decision
making and also evaluate the performance of all debtors against the
organization’s credit policies to advise on appropriate actions that will
minimize exposure to poor credit.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification at diploma level (CPA
finalist or its equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar
position preferably in a hospital environment.
