Finance Internship

Job Description
The Finance Intern will be part of a new and growing team of financial professionals with a project oriented focus towards the cash management of the high-profile 2019 goals. As a key member of the Finance Team the intern will work on budgeting, estimating, and pacing cash focused projects that will help the organization increase the visibility and accuracy of cash.
Responsibilities

·         Budget development and management of cash flow.
·         Own the Petty Cash management process.
·         Provide visibility and financial support for the Technical, Marketing, Development, and Media departments.
·         Support strategic cost initiatives, track risks & opportunities to plan, and deliver financial analysis for customized data and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible manner to aid in business decisions.
·         Work on financial modeling improvements in the planning and forecasting models to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives and to accurately capture the changing economics or structure of the business.
·         Ensure controllership and consistency of accounting processes, drive controllership awareness, and financial compliance. Uphold the company’s commitment to integrity.Assistance may be required in the preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports
·         Develop and utilize spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications
·         Manage specialized information, reports, forms dealing with fees, billing, tracking of projects etc
·         Enter information into the financial accounting system of the company
·         Help in any arising chaos in the office and other department.
Qualifications
·         A recent graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or statistics.
·         Strong attention to detail.
·         Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues.
·         Strong Analytical skills, including the ability to clearly link financial results to operation performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
·         Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
·         Demonstrated ability to multi-task, perform in a fast-paced environment & respond quickly to situational needs as they arise.
·         Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (preferred)

Sales Executive
Job Description
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Responsibilities
·         Prepare monthly sales targets split per target prospective clients for each product for monitoring and review with line manager.
·         Ensure the corporate sales targets are achieved as per the budget numbers and forecast aligned with the overall company budget and forecast numbers.
·         Plan and execute structured customer visits to ensure pitching for new business as per the projected pipeline sales with clear objectives and progress reports.
·         To facilitate on boarding of new clients and provide continuous support throughout the process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
·         Customer Relationship Management by managing and developing alliances with the existing customer base within the assigned markets to enhance the achievement of sales and profitability objectives.
·         Monitoring and reporting of market trends and conditions, competitor activities, products, prices and developments. Prepare and provide relevant reports and information based on the two to guide management decision making.
·         Prepare and submit accurate and timely weekly / monthly / quarterly sales reports to the manager to facilitate a comprehensive sales performance review and proper planning for the various segments.
·         Participate and represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and promotions in order to attract new customers, promote our brand and enhance customers’ awareness of the company’s product range.
·         Implement a collection plan geared towards ensuring collection targets are achieved and cash flow levels are maximized.
·         Conduct periodic product training for both existing and potential customers to enhance both our brand awareness and product knowledge.
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Sales and Marketing or any relevant field
·         Advanced Diploma in sales and marketing or a professional certification in sales and marketing.

Social Media Specialist
Job Description
This role is responsible for the ongoing management and growth of the company’s social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction. We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.
Responsibilities
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop online marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space and to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Own the social media strategy and the execution of the ideas.
·         Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
·         Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, G+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
·         Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
·         Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
·         Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
·         Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
·         Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
·         Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
·         Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
·         Implement highly engaging social media campaigns for clients across all channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr and more.
·         Concept for social media campaigns and content, then translate ideas into copy that is appropriate for the brand and strategy.
·         Create social media reports and conduct research to provide actionable learning and recommendations for clients.
·         Report on the latest news and trends in social media in support of generating more revenue for the company.
