occasional travel to Machakos branch office.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be
well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to
actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently
·
Basic accounting skills to coordinate
the statutory obligations, finance and administrative functions.
·
Keeping sock of Partners activities
including timely billings and debt collection follow through.
·
Maintain good relationship with the
organization’s clients, suppliers and staff.
·
Demonstrate the highest level of
client service and response.
·
Monitor inventory of office supplies
and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
·
Plan and coordinate administrative
procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
·
Recruit and train personnel and
allocate responsibilities and office space, assess staff performance and
provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
·
Handle confidential information with
utmost discretion, matters pertaining to HR including leave management,
attendance
·
Communicate professionally and
credibly and facilitate collaborative partnerships and network internally and
externally to achieve organization goals.

Ensure all support activities are
carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to
function properly
Qualifications
·
Bachelor degree in
Commerce/HR/Finance/Marketing
·
3+ years’ experience in an
administrative function, Leading a team
·
In-depth understanding of office
management procedures, departmental and legal policies
·
Demonstrate high emotional
Intelligence while dealing with all staff members and stakeholders
·
