Location: Nairobi
Salary: Kshs 100,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Professionally manage meeting
requests, including drafting agenda and coordinating attendees
·
Receives and prioritizes MD’s
correspondence and takes action
·
Manage the communication in and out
of the MD’s office
·
Plan and organize local &
international business trips, including flights, accommodation and meetings with
business executives
·
Manage and maintain MD’s calendar
·
Organize events (e.g. booking venues,
transportation, agendas)
·
Attend meetings on behalf of CEO as
may be needed
·
Capture, prepare and distribute
meeting minutes
·
Prepare reports, presentations, briefing
papers, agendas and all necessary documents for the MD
·
Adapt to consistent changes
·
Prioritize extensive competing
demands
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree in a business
related course
·
Related Minimum of 5 years’
experience in a similar position.
·
Excellent written & verbal
communication skills
·
Strong attention to detail and
organization
·
Strong time management skills
·
High level of professionalism and
have strong interpersonal skills
·
Must be self driven and have good
interpersonal skills
