Our client is an International firm in the Automotive Industry.

They are seeking to recruit a highly talented professional to fill in the following position in their Nairobi, Eldoret and Kisumu branches:
Sales Executive
(7 Positions)
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Executives will be responsible for the achievement of the set sales targets to ensure the profitability of the branch.
Principal Accountabilities:
·         Prospecting for clients in order to generate sales and gather market information to assist in planning and decision making
·         Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from showroom, field activities and promotions to build prospects and close sales
·         Preparing quotations in a timely manner in line with the company guidelines to assist close sales in a timely manner
·         Creating sales orders in the system to facilitate timely invoicing
·         Maintaining regular contact with clients to promote retention and generate referrals and new business opportunities
·         Advising clients on finance packages available through partner financial institutions
·         Participating in promotional and customer training activities to market the company’s products and services to increase product awareness for enhanced sales
·         Submitting accurate weekly deliveries and order intake data to the sales supervisor to keep track of the monthly sales targets as per budget
Key Skills and Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or other relevant field
·         2 years’ working experience in the automotive industry sales role
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications/computer literacy
·         Driving Skills
·         Product knowledge i.e. vehicle specifications, basic mechanical knowledge
·         Excellent report writing, presentation, communication and problem-solving skills

Sales Consultant – Fleet & Lease
Reporting to the Manager, Fleet & Dealer Sales the Sales Consultant will be responsible for the achievement of fleet sales targets to ensure the fleet sales department achieves the set targets.
Principal Accountabilities:
·         Conducting regular field visits to prospect and generate sales
·         Preparing quotations to ensure customer requests are responded to in a timely manner
·         Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from showroom, field activity and promotions to enhance the achievement of sales targets
·         Updating customers on the sales order progress to manage customer expectations for minimal customer complaints
·         Ensuring that all invoices and other payment documents are processed within the agreed timelines
·         Responding and resolving customer queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
·         Preparing accurate reports on prospects to assist in market planning and penetration
·         Participating in promotional activities to market company’s products and services
·         Coordinating customer training to increase customer service delivery
Key Skills and Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or other relevant field
·         3 years’ working experience in the automotive industry in a similar role
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications/computer literacy
·         Driving Skills

Procurement Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the procurement strategy that supports the achievement of the business objectives.
The incumbent will also ensure the delivery of timely and quality procurement services in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, as well as with the relevant company policies, procedures and processes.
Principal Accountabilities:
·         Coordinating the procurement of goods and services
·         Developing and implementing sourcing strategies/Policies
·         Initiating and managing relationship with key stakeholders for enhanced ease in procurement
·         Preparing reports on the procurement function to report on progress and challenges experienced
·         Negotiating contractual agreements, managing supplier contracts and service level agreements to ensure the company is protected from risks
·         Conducting market research to advise in the annual procurement planning process, and implementing a market intelligence program that advises on commodity prices and supply benchmarks
·         Enforcing the use of systems and eliminate all other off – system processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement process
·         Consolidating the annual procurement budget through the consideration of the input received from the various functions
·         Ensuring the payments made are compliant with the procurement and payment guidelines
Key Skills and Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
·         A professional qualification e.g. CPSP(K) OR CPA(K)
·         A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience, with 3 years’ experience in management
·         Excellent report writing, presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
