Speech and Language Therapist 
1 Position
Job Summary
·         To assess and treat people with communication disorders
·         Manage patients who have suffered strokes and help restore lost speech and language function
·         Assess and treat swallowing difficulties in adult patients as well as infants
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or its equivalent
·         Two years of clinical working experience
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Catheterization Laboratory Nurse
2 Positions
Job Summary
·         Ability to identify the complex needs of the critically ill patient and to plan effective interventions
·         Ability to operate the sophisticated monitoring and life support equipment used in critical care
·         Demonstrate high level of expertise and sound scientific knowledge of current practices in critical care.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Diploma in Community Health Nursing
·         Should be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and also in possession of valid practicing license
·         At least two (2) years working experience in critical care nursing or emergency nursing will be an added advantage
·         ATLS and ACLS certification will be an added advantage
Internal Audit Assistant
1 Position
Reporting to the Internal Auditor, the incumbent will be responsible for;
Job Summary
·         Assist in facilitation of improvements in AKHS operations by providing independent and objective assurance and consulting services agreed by Head of Audit and the Board.
·         To help AKHS accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Relevant Degree from a recognized University
·         Internal Audit qualification, CPA or equivalent
·         At-least 2 years’ post qualification with 1 year experience in a similar role;
·         A clear understanding of the modern day role of internal audit, incorporating risk and risk -based audit;
·         Experience of performing internal audits and producing internal audit reports;
·         An appreciation of the requirements of fraud and irregularity investigations
·         Skills: Excellent written and oral Communication and presentation, Information Technology, Data mining & analytics, work under minimum supervision in utmost confidentiality, high level of judgement and objectivity, Business & Industry specific knowledge and Accounting background.
Pharmaceutical Technologist 
2 Positions
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for;
Job Summary
·         Processing prescription correctly and accurately for both in/outpatients
·         Giving accurate drug information to patients, wards and other user departments
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
·         Two years working experience in similar position preferably in a hospital set up
·         Registered and licensed by Pharmacy and Poisons Board
·         Exposure to hospital management systems will be an added advantage
