Vacancy: 1 position
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales and
Distribution Manager, the following shall be the key roles:-
·
To achieve volume & value sales
of products across categories, outlets, geographies & towns.
·
Drive numeric distribution &
expand new outlets & Wholesalers.
·
Execute high-class visibility as per
defined norms across Distributors, Wholesalers & retail outlets.
·
Track competition closely and strive
to enhance allocation and market share among customers.
·
Independently network with key
players and build rapport on behalf of the organization.
·
To maintain and leverage strong
relationships with Distributors & Wholesalers.
·
Guide the team of Regional Sales
Representatives to coordinate with the distributors and achieve the sales &
collection targets for their regions.
·
Monitors the business numbers through
weekly and monthly reports; and updates from the sales managers and intervenes
as required for any escalations.
·
Organizes for any local marketing
support required to drive sales.
·
Leading S & OP for channel
distributors and wholesalers.
·
To Look at partner strategy for
distributors, wholesalers and retail partners to ensure financial health.
·
Ensure collections and receivables
are as per the set deadlines.
·
Sales planning and forecasting.
Academic and Professional
qualifications:
1) Degree in Business or Commerce
with a focus in Sales and Marketing
2) CIM and/or Masters degree would be
an added advantage.
Work Experience
1) 4-5 year’s experience in a similar
(FMCG) industry.
2) Thorough knowledge of the market
and retail landscape within the region
3) Experience with sales software and
sales metrics
Others competencies
1) Strong account management and
relationship building skills
2) Strong negotiation skills
3) Data analysis
4) Proven results of delivering
client solutions and meeting sales goals
5) Job requires frequent travel

Key
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales and
Distribution Manager, the following shall be the key roles:-

Responsible for the development and
achievement of sales through the Key Accounts channel and playing an integral
role in new business pitches.
·
Focusing on growing and developing
existing customers, together with generating new business.
·
Formulation and Implementation of
In-store Trade marketing strategies in Liaison with Sales Manager.
·
Responsible for negotiation and implementation
of strategic sales initiatives, promotions, pricing and new product launches.
·
Responsible for achieving both
National Key Account and Portfolio sales targets for given channel sale.
·
Drives development of key
customer/channel plans for assigned national accounts
·
Manage key trade ROI and customer
P&L development.
·
Develop and maintain excellent
relationships with Key Customers at national levels
·
Efficient & pro-active customer
problem solving
·
Sales Operations and Demand Planning.
·
Prepare regular reports of progress
and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
·
Evaluation and appraising of national
merchandising strategy in relation to agreed planograms.

Key Tasks
& Responsibilities:

Uplift stocks from the wholesaler and
sell to Dukas and Kiosks
·
Order taking from Dukas & Kiosks
to the wholesaler
·
Generate orders from the wholesalers
to Proctor & Allan
·
Keep track of sales and report on
this to the supervisor on daily basis
·
Keep track of stocks held at
wholesale and report this to the supervisor on a daily basis
·
Reconcile customer accounts daily
·
Assisting in resolving customer
concerns and challenges
·
Creating awareness to consumers
through various promotional techniques
·
Compile competitor activity and give
feedback to supervisor on a weekly basis
Education
& Experience
·
Certificate in sales and marketing or
other related course
·
1 years’ experience in a sales/promotions
role in a food manufacturing industry
