Full time Bookkeeper Required
This position will directly report to group CFO

Will manage multiple small companies
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ related experience
Ability to complete tasks on time
Tasks are:-

Customer
statements
·
Processing
supplier invoices
·
Supplier
reconciliations
·
Invoicing
·
Preparing
cheques
·
Processing
transactions on the software
·
Bank
& Cash reconciliations
·
Petty
cash
·
Debt
collection
·
Preparation
of VAT Returns, W/TAX and submission
·
Preparation
& submission of other local taxes
·
Preparation
of monthly income & expense schedules
·
Journals
·
Assist
in annual audit
·
Assist
in company secretarial work
·
Communication
·
Other
Adhoc duties
Salary: offered up to shs 100,000
gross per month

Understanding
of suppliers is very important

Supplier
reconciliations

Resolve
supplier issues
·
Ensure
payments are processed on time
·
Assist
with cash-flow
·
Processing
of purchase invoices, credit notes & payments
·
Assist
with annual audit
·
Knowledge
of withholding tax & withholding VAT crucial
·
Computer
literate
·
Good
communication skills
·
Ability
to complete tasks on time
·
Minimum
experience of 3 years in a similar position
