Responsibilities:

Accounts Trainee
·
Reconciles
processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
·
Charges
expenses to accounts and cost centers
by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries of
direct invoices.
·
Paying
suppliers; Verify approval on all invoices, scheduling and preparing checks.
·
Resolving
purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
·
Ensure
credit is received for outstanding memos
·
Issuing
stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
·
Maintains
accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account
transactions.
·
Verifies
supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
·
Maintains
historical records by filing documents.
·
Disburses
petty cash by recording entry and verifying
documentation
·
Reports
sales taxes by calculating requirements on
paid invoices.
Who Are You?
·
Bachelor
of commerce degree or its equivalent from a recognized university and or CPA 1
or 2
·
Entry
level position 0-1 year experience
·
Strong
analytical skills and attention to details.
·
Knowledge
of the ERP system
·
Excellent
computer skills
·
High
degree of integrity and dependability

Driver/Rider
·
Performs driving duties as authorized
by the company.
·
Maintains a vehicle log book to
record mileage and all journeys.
·
Inspects his vehicle regularly to
ensure that all the navigational instruments, tyre pressure
and body work is in good condition.
·
Takes responsibility of the vehicle
and staff.
·
Prepares all major and minor service
schedules in liaison with the Head Driver and Workshop Manager.
·
Ensures that no unauthorized passengers
are carried in the vehicle.
*In addition to the above, the Driver may be given such other duties, as the Management may deem necessary.
Who
Are You?
Required
skills and Competencies
·
KCSE level of education or equivalent
·
Minimum 3 years of experience in a
similar role Clean valid vehicle licenses
·
Possess a clean driving license for
at least 3 years
·
Basic vehicle maintenance skills
·
Good communication skills in both
English and Kiswahili
·
Able to work outside normal working
hours
·
Unquestionable sobriety
