Duties will include among others:
- Preparing leave
and off schedule for the staff.
- Ensuring NHIF,
NSSF registration for all staff.
- Maintaining and
updating all Staff files, managing contracts etc.
- Maintaining
Daily & Monthly Muster roll.
- Preparing a
weekly HR report and work plan .
- Handle all
staff issues ranging from disciplinary, grievances, recruitment,
induction, appraisals etc
- Any other HR
related work as directed by the management
The ideal candidate should
have
- Diploma/Higher
Diploma in HR/Degree alongside valid IHRM membership
- At least 5 Yrs
experience especially in a busy but remote area (camps / flower farms
preferred)
- Mature
individual 30-45 Yrs preferred
- Able to report
almost immediately.
- Confident,composed
and diplomatic
- Thorough
knowledge of WIBA, Labour Laws etc a plus
