The Position:Reporting
the Marketing Services Manager, this role is responsible for developing and
executing KCB’s digital engagement blueprint - an annualized calendar of
sustained digital marketing support covering Brand and product marketing on
digital channels including web, mobile and direct marketing channels, bank
assets such as the KCB website and other portals , social media engagement,
internal digital communication & direct consumer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the
Planning and execution of all Web, Search Engine Marketing, Marketing
database, Email, SMS, Social media and Display advertising campaigns
- Strategize,
build and maintain the Bank’s Social Media presence and engagement levels
(thus building & meeting social community targets for selling &
customer care), monitor feedback and escalate as relevant.
- Measure and
report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage KCB
website and other bank portals across the group ensuing they are of world
class standards, exciting, dynamic and up to date to meet set stickiness,
traffic and unique visits metrics and propose strategies to improve the
same
- Execute online
campaigns for various products that are largely digitally driven and track
- Collaborate
with the Customer Experience and Business teams in ensuring Digital
Customer touch points are optimized and well managed, including effective
lead management.
- Utilize strong
analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate
with the Bank’s Digital agency and other vendor partners
- Identify new
trends and insights to optimize on spend and drive digital performance

The
Position:Reporting to the Group Internal Auditor & Audit Director KCB
Bank Kenya Limited, the position is responsible for developing, maintaining and
overseeing the execution of the Credit Treasury and Legal Audits (CTLA) Audit
plan as well as providing assurance as needed through the Group Internal
Auditor & Audit Director KCB Bank Kenya Limited to the KCB Bank Board Audit
Committee and KCB Bank Senior Management that the controls, by means of which
the business is managed in the Credit Treasury and Legal Audit universe, are
appropriate to the task and functioning effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and
monitor the delivery of the CTLA audit plan; understanding the key audit
issues arising and escalating any significant audit findings that remain
unresolved.
- Provide expert
audit advice to the Group Internal Auditor & Audit Director
- Oversee control
and management of CTLA Audit Universe activities, assigned by Group
Internal Auditor & Audit Director.
- Develop and
maintain a robust risk assessment process for documenting and
communicating results of business risk assessment and audit plan for each
business.
- Work with
Operations Audits and Information Systems Audit (ISA) teams to achieve a
holistic approach to the assessment of risks, development and execution of
audit plan.
- Provide
administrative support to the CTLA team and ensure compliance with local
laws and regulations applicable to audit.
- Oversee
performance of CTLA team and ensure personal development and performance
management of staff in the area of responsibility are managed
appropriately.

be responsible for digital product and business development of digital services
(online services, ecommerce, mobile money mobile payments, digital acquiring
etc.), to increase revenue, functionality, usage and retention.

- Owning
competitive analysis and market insights for multiple product and services
within financial services industry
- Developing
reports, presentations and marketing materials to support business &
product development
- Delivering
audience insights and strategic recommendations to guide product strategy

with cross-functional team, including developers, operations, business
development, marketing, product management and engineering
- Apply your
expertise in research design, analysis and the presentation of data to
uncover unique actionable insights about behaviour, technology &
financial services
- Define
insightful hypotheses and identify methods to leverage KCB’s large
internal data sets to validate hypotheses and enhance 3rd party research
work with proprietary data.
- Build
meaningful cross-functional relationships and help activate our research
to internal and external audiences (e.g., through industry conferences).
- Have a keen eye
for and focus on impact and ability to prioritize research projects based
on desired outcomes.

- Excellent
statistical intuition, application, and knowledge of various predictive
analytics/statistical modelling

years relevant working experience (in a similar role) with strong
technical analytical ability and data mining skills
- Extensive
experience querying large, complex, and raw data sets in
Teradata/Hive/Hadoop databases (or similar environments)
- Extensive
experience analyzing syndicated technology & financial services
research data
- Proficient in
advanced SQL coding across various databases
- Exceptional
communicator across all levels of the organization; able to effectively
present data and ‘translate’ findings for a non-technical audience;
possesses the executive presence to successfully liaise with senior
leadership team members
- Proven ability

environment.
