she is responsible for ensuring that all managers, process owners and
supervisors develop and maintain their part of the quality management system.
Job
Profile
- Ensure
that the necessary processes for the QSE management system are
established, implemented and maintained
- Ensuring
compliance with national and international standards
- Develops
quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying
critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical
limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures;
monitoring inventories.
- Validates
quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality
attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining
operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality
assurance procedures
- Ensure
training and sensitization for the proper functioning of the QSE system
- Evaluate
the effectiveness of the QSE system through audits and site visits
- Check
that the improvement actions decided by management and processes are
shared with all sites
- Ensure
handling and monitoring of nonconformities and dysfunctions
- Evaluate
the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions and management of
QSE indicators
- Advise
the construction teams to establish the procedures, the Quality Assurance
Plan for the site and to define the quality level requirements for works.
- Participate
in the steering committee and the management review and present the QSE
results (indicators, targets, improvements, blocking points ...)
- Participate,
if need be, in the analysis and response to tenders
Person
Profile
- Relevant
Bachelor’s degree
- Professional
qualifications in Quality Management
- At
least 5 -8 years relevant job experience three of which must be at
management level
- Experience
in a construction setting is PREFERRED
- Experience
managing ISO processes and Quality management systems
