Facility Officer

Responsibility

Residences
  • Follow up on lease renewals
  • Approval rent funding requests every month
  • Draft termination letters, send draft to legal for cross checking, send out the letters via registered mail
  • Monthly cost report for the residences
Offices
  • Monthly cost report for the offices
  • Manage 3rd tier contracts-courier, plant maintenance, stationery
  • Currently preparing the Asset Register for Nairobi (Offices, Residences and Stores)
  • Point of contact for the offices and Licenses (Trans Century, Set right, Data Orbis, Triple Jump, Clyde stone)
Hotels and Apartments
  • Point of contact-provide approvals for apartments and hotel accommodation for contractors and visitors.
  • Verify invoices end of the month
  • Monthly cost report for the residences
Qualifications
  • Must have managed a facility before
  • Must have knowledge of asset registration
  • Must know how to prepare invoices
