Sales Administrator and Tendering Officer Job in Kenya

Our client a  reputed SME dealing in  Office Furniture and Office Equipment industry is looking for Dynamic, Self-Motivated and Result Oriented Sales Administrator and Tendering Officer 
 
Key Responsibilities: Working on tenders, working on prequalification’s, timely applying for bid bonds and performance bonds, drafting acceptance letters, reading and understanding tender documents, working on IFMIS, working on quotations, responding to sales emails and enquiries, preparation of sales reports, checking on quotations and forwarding to the relevant sales person

Academic & Professional qualifications: Diploma / Degree in business related course i.e. accounting, sales and marketing, law, quantity surveying or any other related field.

Relevant Work Experience: 
  •  Minimum 3 years having vast experience in preparation of tenders, prequalification and Expression of Interest.
  • Conversant with IFMIS and excel
  • Experience in furniture industry/office supplies will be an added advantage.
Special Skills: Attention to details, leadership and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization and interpersonal skills, can work within strict deadlines and minimal supervision, quick learner, committed and a problem solver.
