Purchasing Assistant Job in Kenya

Our client a reputed SME dealing in Office Furniture and Office Equipment industry is looking for Dynamic, Self-Motivated and Result Oriented Purchasing Assistant
 
Key Responsibilities: Preparation of LPO’s using sage system, procurement and inspection of high quality goods local and international, effectively follow up with suppliers to ensure quick delivery, negotiating payment terms with suppliers, preparation of suppliers payment documents, accounting for stocks ordered.
 

Academic & Professional qualifications: Diploma in Purchasing and supplies, CPA 2, accounting or any related field
 

Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ in a Similar Position, Sage Pastel.
 
Special Skills: High Integrity Levels, Negotiator, Detailed, Ability to Multitask, Organized Planner, Speed of Execution, Work under pressure, Follow Through, Solution-Oriented and Team Player.

Remuneration: Kshs 25,000-Kshs 35,000 plus other benefits.
