Client is urgently recruiting for the above mentioned opening.
Some responsibilities;

- Marketing
of serviced apartments.
- Ensuring
maintenance related issues are handled immediately.
- Rent
collections.
- Manage
day to day operations.
- Ensuring
service providers offer quality service.
Qualifications
required;
- Minimum
5 years relevant experience in a busy environment.
- Real
estate or business related course.
- Well
spoken communication skills, English, Kiswahili, Gujarati an added
advantage.
Duty
station: Nairobi.
Start date: Immediately.
