Position: Property Coordinator

Our Client is urgently recruiting for the above mentioned opening.

Some responsibilities;
  • Marketing of serviced apartments.
  • Ensuring maintenance related issues are handled immediately.
  • Rent collections.
  • Manage day to day operations.
  • Ensuring service providers offer quality service.

Qualifications required;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a busy environment.
  • Real estate or business related course.
  • Well spoken communication skills, English, Kiswahili, Gujarati an added advantage.
Duty station: Nairobi.

Start date:
 Immediately.
