Office Manager Job in Kenya

A busy office in Industrial area seeks to recruit an Office Manager to oversee the operations of the company and coordinate the departments. 
 
Requirements
  • She should have a Degree / Diploma in a business related course. 
  • She should have basic level accounting.
  • She should have excellent communication skills, presentable and very organized. 
  • She should be aggressive with good presentation skills.
  • She should be creative and very analytical.
  • She should have people skills and be able to manage and motivate the team well.
  • She should able to manage time well and work under pressure. 
  • She should be a person of high integrity and able to multi-task.
  • She should have good interpersonal skills and handle clients professionally.
  • She should be between 24 – 35 years of age.
  • She should have worked in a similar position for 2 years and above.
  • She should be flexible and able to manage duties assigned diligently.
Salary will be negotiated depending on experience.  

NB: An additional diploma will have a competitive advantage.
