Regional Managers
Reporting to the Head of Retail
business, the Regional Manager shall be responsible for supervising the
development and profitable Operations of all Agency Managers and Agents under
his/her supervision.
The incumbent is responsible for
achieving results through efforts of others.
Profile of a Regional Manager
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business or Education
field study, an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Full qualifications on COP or ACII or AII or
good progress in attaining ACII or AIIK from College of Insurance or an
institution of equal ranking
- At least 5 years working experience in the
Agency system of Insurance business and 3 in Management level
- Good knowledge of General Insurance
- Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
to achieve set targets
- Excellent written and Oral communication
skills
- Good supervisory skills

consumer needs.
