Our client, an international Support
Services Company require a PA to the Regional Director.
Based in Nairobi they must be able to
carry out a wide variety of administration tasks.
Excellent command of both spoken and
written English required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Director’s meetings and
administration.
- Communicate confidently with clients.
- Attend key meetings in office and on site.
- Organise, prioritise and focus on key tasks.
- Organize and maintain files and appointments.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as
a personal assistant.
- Attend to personal services.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Good standard education, literacy and
numeracy.
- Good time management skills
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.120,000/=
(Approx.1200USD) plus benefits
