power the modern lifestyle. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional to play a leading role as a Customer Service Officer.
You should have a strong verbal and
written communication skills.
You will achieve specific performance
targets and interact regularly with our Sales Team and our customers.
The primary responsibilities of the
role include customer service and support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and reseller queries over the
phone and/or via SMS; meet clear performance indicators relating to speed
of support and customer satisfaction
- Make and receive calls as assigned by Customer
Service and Operations Coordinator
- Educate current and potential customers with
product and service information
- Track customers and inquiries in database with
progress and priority status; maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to
Customer Service and Operations Coordinator
- Respond to customers to in a timely and
professional manner; ensure all clients, partners, and leads receive a
revolutionary customer experience
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
- Passionate about customer care
- Experience with MS Office
- Fluent in English, Swahili, and Maasai or
Kamba
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player
- A fast learning who is able to work with set
targets
- Must be time flexible and able to work in a
shift clock system including Public Holidays and Weekends
- Exposure to Customer Care, Dealer Care, or
Call Center experiences and CRM systems is a plus
