Job Title: Sales Administrator
Department: Business Development
Reporting to:General Manager
Liaising with (Departments):Finance & Administration and
Processing
Job Summary: The incumbent of this position shall be the custodian of
sales data including individual employee sales, progress reports on title
processing, and customer enquiries and feedback.
Principle Duties and Responsibility
- Responsible for managing all the products i.e.
sold products and pending offers in the products
- Maintain and update the clients records for
all the products of the company
- Compile sales data and payment status from
individual Business Development Executives
- Receive progress report of title processing
from the processing department and synchronise with other clients’
information
- Receive all customer / sales enquiries on
phone or emails and provide informed feedback
- Write letters on behalf of the company to
other offices
- Receive and make calls and emails in and out
of the office
- Responsible for organizing all the deliveries,
receive and dispatch incoming or outgoing mails/deliveries
- Filling of correspondence into respective
files and opening of new files
- Take minutes of every sales meeting held
- Ensure that the reception, boardroom and
offices are kept clean and are well organized
- Any other duties as may be prescribed from
time to time by your supervisor

Qualification, Competences Required
- A holder of a business related course
- Should have at least two year experience in
administration and customer service
- Must have good communication and analytical
skills
- Must be pleasant and with good public
relations
- Patient, polite, friendly and passionate about
work
- Ability to multi-task
