Job Title: Admin Assistant

They seek to hire a self- driven
admin assistant to perform administrative and office support activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Control of company cars and drivers
- Liaison with outsource company on cleaning and
building maintenance, staff caterer
- General upkeep of premises, office furniture
procurement and maintenance
- Stationery procurement and control
- Operating Company switchboard and monitoring
staff cell phones
- Handling Insurance matters
- Monitoring and payment of utility bills
- Assistance to HR Manager - leave records,
absenteeism etc
- Resolve administrative problems by
coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying
solutions
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing
preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining
equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Provide information by answering questions and
requests
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock
to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and
expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a similar
position
- Diploma in Office Admin or other relevant
field
- Team player
- Self driven
- An organized approach and excellent time
management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Computer literacy and good typing skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
