In line with the growing business demands, we are looking for a qualified and talented individual to fill the following position.
Executive Assistant to the Group CEO

This role provides executive support to the Group CEO’s Office by effective coordination of activities, internal and external stakeholders.

Key outputs of this position are:
  • In liaison with the management team, plans and coordinates the development of the various documents and reports for the Group CEO.
  • Required to investigate and research on various ad-hoc business issues, initiatives and developments by the supervisor.
  • Coordinates the operations of the Group CEO’s Office to ensure effective service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represents the Supervisor on delegated projects, tasks, forums and related assignments
  • Ensures that the Supervisor is adequately prepared for various meetings, events and forums.
  • Organize events on behalf of the supervisor and hosts internal and external guests on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare and do presentations as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field. Post graduate qualifications preferred.
  • Professional qualifications in Accounting, Actuarial or related disciplines desirable.
  • Well versed with reports preparation and presentation.
  • Effective communication skills mandatory for this role.
  • Good team player.
  • Mature and with good stakeholder management capability
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple competing priorities and demands.
  • Must be proficient with a variety of computer applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good time management skills mandatory for this role.
