Main Duties:
- Conduct in
person/phone sales using Bernsoft ticketing software.
- Organize and
distribute “will-call” tickets.
- Describe venue
layouts and seating locations.
- Call customers
to advice of event changes and/or cancellations; as may periodically be
required.
- Respond to
customer inquiries with accurate up-to-date information.
- Provide superior
customer service.
- Maintain a
current working knowledge of all events, services, and procedures by
reviewing event information sheets and posted or verbal communication.
- Strong customer
service skills with the ability to resolve customer conflicts, should they
arise.
- Read, write and
communicate effectively with co-workers and the general public.
- Deal
professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and coworkers.
- Flexibility to
work nights, weekends and/or holidays when needed.
- Light
administrative duties.
- Other duties as
assigned.

is seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced PHP/MYSQL developer with a
strong background in building scalable, high-quality and high-performance web
applications on the open source technology stack.
Main
Duties:
- Codes, tests,
de-bugs, and documents web applications and enhancements of existing
programs using PHP and MySQL;
- Participates in
end user requirements meetings and provides input for resolution business
needs;
- Develops and
conducts unit and functional testing procedures and scripts to verify
completed code;
- Documents
operating procedures and scheduling requirements of the developed
applications.
- Develops and
maintains technical standards for systems development environments.
- Works closely
with other team members to ensure proper coding techniques.
- Reviews issues,
provides recommendations for resolution, and develops tools to resolve
issues.
- Responsible for
source control to ensure the quality and timeliness of the movement of code
from development to production.
- Review and
troubleshoot internet application errors

Drupal, Magento, Cake PHP)
- Strong skills in
MYSQL, SQL, Store procedures, and Views
- Good experience
in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and JSON and understanding of CSS,
JavaScript frameworks (like Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery, Underscore,
Backbone etc)
- Experienced with
thirds party APIs e.g. Facebook API, Google Maps API etc.
- Good
understanding of design patterns, agile development, quality assurance,
and version control
- Ensure adherence
to engineering processes such as coding practices, code reviews, source
control, and unit testing, use case analysis
