Job Title: Country and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities: All
staff in the country office
Will
be responsible for the business and business development in the concerned
territory.
This
position needs a high caliber leader with vast commercial and business
experience in telecom network industry.
The
right candidate must be well experienced (about 8yrs) at higher level of
management, has international exposure.
He
must be able to manage people from different cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of
Telecom business possibilities in the market and initiate business
development.
- Building
business models for each product/service and solution.
- Proposing
all business models and plans to top management for consideration.
- Support the
project team in managing projects.
- Responsible for
the running up of the operation
- Managing all
assets of the organization
- Responsible for
all resources focused towards effective and efficient delivery of service
to customers.
- To ensure
adequacy of efficient resources to meet the market challenges.
- To devise the
country budget based on projects and ensure proper management.
- To devise
appropriate policies for managing quality of service in the market focused
towards customer’s perceived value.
- To analyze
training needs of staffs and ensure that the same is met in a very
efficient way.
- To provide
weekly report based on well set and agreed KPI concerning the activity of
the Business Unit in the concerned country.
- To monitor the
accounts of each customer and ensure consistency in growth.
- To keep a good
business relationship with each customer and set appropriate system for
marketing our services.
- To be a team
player and ensure good communication with both internal and external
customers.
- To constantly
enhance the image of the organization in the concerned market.
- Any other
cognate duties as delegated to you by Senior Officers.
Qualifications
& Attributes
- Electronics/Communication/Civil
Engineer with vast knowledge in Telecom business development and
management.
- Management
training preferably MBA from a recognized institution.
- Proven success
in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
- Confident
negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
- Strong client
management skills and ability to keep promises
- Capable of hands
on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
- A positive and
determined approach to researching and analysing new business
opportunities
- Ability to use
own initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to cope
with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
- Strong
communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email,
telephone, and presentation
- Excellent
organisational and time management skills
- A positive
attitude to dealing with people
- Capable of
working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
- Willing to
relocate
