Management
and maintenance of the IT infrastructure required to deliver the agreed level
of IT services to the business.
Managing the implementation of IT System Infrastructure changes and System Analysis.
Driving innovation and creativity in seeking ICT solutions to organizational challenges and in business processes to facilitate efficiency.
Deliver agreed levels of service to users and customers, and to manage the applications, technology and infrastructure that support delivery of the services..
Managing Incident Management Process to control unplanned interruption to an IT service, or a reduction in the quality of an IT service.
Controlling the Access Management Process to provide the rights for users to be able to access a service or group of services, while preventing access to non-authorized users.
Coordinating
the Service Desk Function by providing a single central point of contact for
all users of IT to logs and manages all incidents, service requests and access
requests and provides an interface for all other Service Operation processes
and activities.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in IT related field or equivalent
- Minimum of 4
years IT management experience
- Must have
experience in Banking.
- Strong
communication skills to effectively communicate with and make
recommendations to senior and executive management and internal and
external service partners
- Proven team
building and relationship management are essential
- Ability to
create and present complex concepts in a clear and concise fashion
- Adaptability to
changing assignments and the ability to oversee several large simultaneous
technology projects
