1. Deputy Human Resources Manager
Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Manager, the
successful candidate will
- Allocate
duties and Supervise staff in the department
- Formulate
and enforce human resources procedures and regulations
- Organize,
implement and evaluate human resources policies
- Coordinate
training and development of employees
- Provide
guidance on human resources management and development policy matters
- Manage
staff appraisals, promotions, discipline, deployment, staff pensions,
personal accidents and medical scheme.
- Handle
industrial relations and career development of staff
- Monitor
and evaluate the Human Resources Department activities and compile
quarterly department reports.
The ideal candidate must have a degree (Social Sciences) or a Bachelor
of Business Administration (Human
Resources Management) degree, a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and at least six (6) years relevant work experience in a busy manufacturing concern.

In addition, the candidate must be business driven, with strong
financial acumen, communication and interpersonal skills with high personal
integrity.
2. Head of Security
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate
will:
- Develop,
configure and deploy security systems to protect company property, systems
and personnel
- Resolve
risks, threats and vulnerabilities in security issues.
- Develop,
deploy and implement cost-efficient security solutions to protect tangible
and intangible assets of the company and its personnel.
- Perform,
review and evaluate security audits on a periodic basis.
- Provide
and configure remedial changes to security protocols.
- Create
awareness on security issues and protocols among company employees.
- Ensure
adherence to corporate safety and security regulations and processes.
The ideal candidate should have at least ten (10) years of
active police work in the Criminal Investigation Department of Kenya Police and
of the rank of Superintendent of Police or above.
In addition, the candidate must have good communication and
interpersonal skills, with high personal integrity.
