Sales and Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director / Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the sales/marketing team to ensure achievement of the sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationship with clients.
  • Coaching and motivating the sales teams for continuous growth
  • Ensure accurate monthly sales reports are compiled and submitted timely
  • Keep abreast of the current market and client information
  • Development and execution of marketing strategies and action plans
  • Responsible of undertaking marketing activities of the company to reach new clientele
  • Develop revenue targets for his/her team and monitor the sales team performance
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pre – press, Press to Post-press activities. (As an added advantage)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the fields of Marketing and Sales
  • Professional certification in Marketing or a relevant business qualification
  • At least 35 years of age
  • Willing to work in a very competitive industry
  • Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales target
  • Presentable, dynamic and with leadership skills
  • Team player with excellent communication, analytical and social skills
  • Good marketing, selling and public relations skills
