Our client is a well known Indian Manufacturer and Exporter of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Super Alloy Steel Forgings & Machined Components for Oil & Gas, Drilling, Mining, and Valve & General Engineering Applications. 

As part of expansion plan in Kenya, the Client is looking for experienced professionals in Kenya for handling Operations and Marketing, in the following positions.
 

1. Business Development Manager
 
Candidates’ Profile
  • Any Degree with Engineering and Marketing background
  • 30 to 38 years old
  • Sound communication skills (both Written and spoken English)
  • Willing to travel extensively domestic and overseas
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Industrial experience such as capital equipment sales, valve sales, pump sales, machine tools and industrial products sales.
  • Persons with previous experience with Oil or Gas companies will be preferred.
  • Should have 12 – 15 years work experience
2. Senior Manager
 
Candidates’ Profile
  • Engineering or Commerce background
  • 45 to 50 years old
  • Sound and good communication(written and spoken English)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of local taxes and duties as well as import duties and taxes.
  • Should be able to work with Government authorities.
  • Should have new company incorporation knowledge.
  • Those with experience from manufacturing industry dealing with steel, heavy engineering, automotive industry, valve and mining equipment industries will be preferred.
  • 25 years experience and above, 10 of which must be in a senior management position.
